Cheap as Chips has a lousy business agenda. Not customer friendly. We tried to return a product before we left the shopping centre and were told 'No refund'. Staff are always good. They are left to deal with managements bad policy. The head office doesn't answer the phone or respond with anything. Even staff are frustrated with upper management.

Large store, clean, tidy and helpful staff. Stock appeared organized and easy to locate. Wheelchair accessible carpark located near entrance near store.
They have no idea how click and collect works! - Munno Para store- Order at 11am, no second email, go to the store after 4.30 and no items ready and one item not even available.
It's not rocket science, other stores can manage it. No sincerity about it, an attitude if apathy.
I wouldn't bother again.

Range of fairly cheap stuff. I graced a couple of items, but the queue was 9 deep with a "problem customer up front and only 1 person serving. Life's too short. I just left

Like all other cheap as chips stores. They have stacks of good stuff and stacks of not so good stuff. All at reasonable prices.
Great! Really roomy and lots of stuff, have yet to walk out with nothing, last visit picked up some art supply's cheaper and better then else where I had looked, a few tools and some bagged sweets.
Store has a great range. I often pop in for a few things to spruce up the home. The staff are very helpful too. Two in particular went out of their way to get some wicker baskets down for me as well as organising to hold them at their back door so I wouldn't have to carry them all to my car.
